OUR FOUNDER

Our founder, Marly Quiroga, came to New York City from Venezuela with a dream, a passion for cooking, and a desire to share the flavors of her homeland with others. What started as a love for preparing traditional Venezuelan dishes for family and friends grew into the inspiration to create our restaurant.     She believes that food brings people together, and every meal she prepares is made with care, authenticity, and love. Beyond cooking, she is passionate about supporting the Hispanic community, creating connections, and helping others pursue their own dreams. Through her journey as an entrepreneur, she hopes to inspire people to work hard, stay resilient, and never give up on their goals. Her mission is not only to serve delicious food but also to build a community where culture, kindness, and opportunity are always on the menu. — Marly Quiroga.
