Our founder, Marly Quiroga, came to New York City from Venezuela with a dream, a passion for cooking, and a desire to share the flavors of her homeland with others. What started as a love for preparing traditional Venezuelan dishes for family and friends grew into the inspiration to create our restaurant. She believes that food brings people together, and every meal she prepares is made with care, authenticity, and love. Beyond cooking, she is passionate about supporting the Hispanic community, creating connections, and helping others pursue their own dreams.
